Tucker got his first point in November. This weekend he went to Greenville, SC shows with his handler, Katie Shepard. He’s won winners dog two days in Greenville and he’s got one more day to go. He now has three points and we’re looking forward to Tucker’s continued success in the AKC show ring in 2010.
We spent the day playing with welsh springer spaniel puppies. They are very cute! I can’t wait to get a female welsh springer spaniel puppy of our own next year.
Update March 6, 2010
Today, Tucker was winners dog in WSSCA’s supported entry show at Maryland Sporting Dog Association in La Plata, MD. He beat nine other dogs to get a four point major. He was shown by his handler, Katie Shepard who did an awesome job showing him. It’s easy to see that Tucker loves being a show dog. He now has seven points towards his AKC championship and we are looking forward to his next shows.
